  • Rudy Giuliani Booed By Fans At New York Yankees Game After Stadium Announcer Wishes Him A Happy Birthday

However Giuliani did see the Yankees beat the Boston Red Sox, 9-6, on May 10th.

But when the Yankee Stadium fans heard "The New York Yankees wish a very happy birthday to Mayor Giuliani", they responded as New Yorkers often do: with a loud and passionate chorus of boos.

Rudy Giuliani won't soon forget his latest Bronx cheer.

Yup, Giuliani got booed on his birthday. The former NY mayor is on an exhausting schedule of nonstop appearances, making up arbitrary deadlines and hamstringing his client, and that much work calls for some self-care.

Speaking in an interview with Fox News Sunday, the lawyer said: "The president's not going to fire them because that would be playing into the hands of playing the victim, Watergate".

Rudy Giuliani wasn't getting much love from New York Yankees fans on his birthday.

He was reportedly booed at the Stadium in 2007 as well. From the early days of administration and their repeated attempts to institute a travel ban able to stand up to constitutional muster to the more recent screeds about the investigation led by special counsel Robert Mueller.

During the 2016 election, Giuliani stumped for Donald Trump and gave an unhinged performance at the Republican National Convention.

Now, however, New Yorkers - at least the ones who attended Monday's Yankees vs. Houston Astros game - are back to disliking Giuliani.
