Charles Barkley thinks Boston will win Game 7

  • LeBron James: No issues with leg, focused on resting up for Game 7

The king is not dead, and he still has a chance to make his eighth straight NBA Finals. Moments later, Love fell to the court in pain. "I feel like anybody else would feel playing 100 games in a season".

The evidence from Games 1 through 6 says Game 7 is going to turn out badly for the Cavs, because neither team has won a game on the road, and that's where the Cavs will be Sunday.

Instead, Smart wants to see his team get "down and dirty".

The Boston Celtics have been ideal at home this postseason, and former Phoenix Suns great and current TNT analyst Charles Barkley thinks that will continue on Sunday in Game 7.

According to oddsmakers, the Celtics are a 2.5-point favorite to win on the spread line.

Love is Cleveland's most reliable scoring option after LeBron James, who scored 46 points in another tour-de-force performance in Game 6 - possibly his last game with the Cavs. He didn't come back, and guys got together and they played.

That'll likely mean more minutes and touches for Jordan Clarkson, who still hasn't gotten over the hump in his first foray into the postseason.

The final game of that series, however, was almost as dramatic, with it going down to the last minutes of the fourth quarter before the Heat would eventually win.

In 2014, he had 45 points, 15 rebounds and five assists in Game 6 for Miami, which went on to win Game 7 and the National Basketball Association title. They need to do Sunday what they did in that first Game 7 - the win starts on the defensive end, making LeBron work for his buckets and not letting the supporting cast get rolling.

The Celtics have the defenders to collectively shut down everyone except for James, and when they do that, they have the five or six offensive players that will do enough to beat anything that James can do by himself.

Love was kept out of the second half of Cleveland's 109-99 victory as a precaution after he and Tatum accidentally knocked heads.

Love and Tatum were away from the ball and didn't see each other until it was too late. On paper, All-Star Kevin Love only made that discrepancy larger.

Love walked woozily to the bench after the collision and, not long after, back to the Cavs locker room where he remained for the rest of the evening. He had to be helped to the sideline and at halftime the Cavaliers said he wouldn't return.

In total, James has six elimination games with at least 40 points and five games with a triple double.

And, of course, he left once before in 2010, bolting for Miami.

For James, it's an opportunity to extend the season for his hometown team and put off another summer of questions about his future. Boston led 25-20 through one quarter, but were outscored 34-18 in the second quarter to go into the break down 54-43.
