Ball-tampering scandal: Ethics Centre to conduct Cricket Australia review

Former test player Rick McCosker will run a separate player review into the culture of the Test team and lead a panel to consider a behavioral charter for Australian teams which seeks to balance the public expectations of top representative cricketers with the performance demands of elite sport.
The Ethics Centre led a review into the culture at the Australian Olympic Committee a year ago after multiple allegations of bullying rocked the organisation.
Both reviews will start immediately and CricketAustralia hope that the process will be completed before the worldwide season begins in late September.

"We understand and share the disappointment of fans and the broader Australian community about these events (in South Africa)", CA chairman David Peever said in a statement.

The behaviour of the national team had come under fire before the ball tampering drama at Newlands brought the issue to a head.
