Beyonce returned spectacularly to the stage on Saturday with a joyous, homecoming-themed party at the Coachella festival, where she delighted fans with a rare reunion of her former trio Destiny's Child.
Making history as the first Black woman to headline the music fest, Bey used her big moment to highlight Black culture. Beyonce also performed with her husband Jay-Z by singing Deja Vu and danced with her sister Solange.
The mind-blowing performance made up for previous year, when the "Love on Top" singer had to pull out of 2017's festival on doctor's orders because she was pregnant with twins.
The group played three songs from their heyday: "Lose My Breath", "Say My Name" and "Soldier". Naturally, she did so in true Beyoncé style-and with an epic surprise in store for the audience. She didn't have to come out to "Life Every Voice and Sing" or dish out the HBCU vibes, but she damn sure did.
By now, whether or not you're even a Beyoncé fan, you've probably seen a lot of her Coachella performance floating around the internet.
This time around, her rendition of Adichie's talks at Coachella concert was seamless and captivating.
The 36-year-old singer also sent festivalgoers into a frenzy when she brought out Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams for a Destiny's Child reunion. She and Jay-Z will begin a tour together this June.
This time, it's the turn of one of her all time idols, Beyoncé.
And judging by the reaction on social media, Queen B will definitely be invited back.
