A dog anticipates some tasty treats at last year's Easter Egg Hunt For Dogs. The idea was to give every child a chance to gather a decent amount of eggs in their basket.

With Easter this Sunday, kids everywhere will search for eggs filled with goodies. The egg hunt serves as a means of getting the word out about the organization while focusing on the community kids themselves. There will also be activity stations and photo-ops with the Easter Bunny himself.

10-12 age group hunts at 11:15 a.m. The golden eggs don't hold candy, but they do contain gift certificates to the PrairieLand Partners store on site. The divisions are: ages 2-4; ages 5-7; and ages 8-10.

From the outside, the finished product looks just like an ordinary Easter egg.

Members of the Cascade FFA donated countless hours stuffing the eggs for the Egg Hunt. Doors open at 1:30 p.m.
