  • Woman climbs into x-ray machine because she didn't want to leave her bag

A woman in China caused a stir when she climbed into an X-ray machine during a security check at a railway station in Dongguan, Guangdong province, local media reported. Well, a Chinese woman recently went to an extent of climbing into a security scanner at a train station because she allegedly didn't want to leave her handbag.

That said, what's the craziest thing you've ever seen take place at a security line? As I'm sure they would be.

Imagine being the officer in charge of monitoring the X-ray machine.

Eerie X-ray images of a Chinese woman crawling through a luggage scanner at a railway station have become the latest smash hit on a video sharing website.

A video shows the woman emerging from the machine and climbing off the belt.

Many Chinese migrant workers carry their annual earnings home to family in cash during the Lunar New Year holiday, the busiest travel period of the year.

Staff were reportedly so stunned they didn't stop her when she collected her bags and bolted to get her train. The powerful X-rays machines which are used for security purposes are quite harmful to health, because the radiation exposure can cause cell mutations that may lead to cancer.

Even if you're particularly attached to your belongings, don't jump into an X-ray machine.

In footage taken from a surveillance camera and shown on Pearvideo.com on Tuesday, the unidentified woman is seen approaching the security checkpoint and loading her luggage onto the scanner's conveyor belt.
