Radio with the Saratov Airlines An-148 passenger plane was lost several minutes after the takeoff from Moscow's Domodedovo airport, according to Russia's Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya).

An emergency services source has told a news agency there was "no chance" anyone could have survived. Russia's Investigative Committee has opened an investigation, RT reports, quoting Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) as saying that rescuers have arrived at the site and found two bodies.

Authorities have started questioning Saratov Airlines employees and the Domodedovo Airport workers who prepared the plane for flight, Petrenko said.

The footage appears to show the wreckage of the aircraft with 71 people feared to be dead.

A cockpit voice recorder and parts of the plane's fuselage had been recovered by Sunday evening and were being examined, the ministry said.

In a statement, the White House said the United States "is deeply saddened by the tragic deaths" of the Saratov Airlines passengers and crew.

Minutes after take-off, the plane slipped from radar coverage and crashed in Ramenskoye area about 25 miles from the airport. All 92 people aboard were killed, including more than 60 "cultural paratroopers" -members of the Russian military's famed Alexandrov Ensemble dance and choir company.

The Russian transport minister was on his way to the crash site, agencies reported.

It is reported to have crashed near Argunovo village in the Moscow region.

"Tentatively, the plane has crashed near the village of Argunovo".

The An-148 was en route to the city of Orsk in the Urals, near Russia's border with Kazakhstan.

Andrei Odintsov, the mayor of Orsk, said six psychologists and four ambulances were working with relatives in the small airport.
