  • Child porn video from Alabama not T&T; man arrested

Investigators say they're narrowing a search of the video's origin to Alabama, but it hasn't been confirmed.

Moore stands about 6 feet tall and weighs about 214 pounds, Detroit police said. Moore is expected to be extradited from Alabama.

Police began asking for the public's assistance after attempting to serve a warrant at Moore's home on Monday afternoon.

Investigators believed Moore was a flight risk and needed to be taken into custody. Moore turned himself in early this morning to the Elmore County Jail, in Wetumpka. Agencies from Missouri, Alabama and Tennessee have also received reports. Keep in mind, every time the video is opened or forwarded, the child is being re-victimized.

MDSP's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force had the video on its radar.

Another man identified as Jerrell Washington of Detroit was charged with distributing the video. "By sharing child pornography or having it saved to your phone or computer, you could be charged with possession of child pornography or distribution of child pornography". He is being held on a $100,000 bond.

"Anything you see on social media, you have to realize that this is a real person".

Earlier this week, numerous law agencies in MI and beyond issued notices in response to the viral child porn video being spread on the internet notifying the public that sharing a child porn video, regardless of the intent, is illegal. "Regardless of intention, sharing such imagery is harmful and illegal".

Suspicious content can also be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Police said people should report it to Facebook and delete it.

It's a warning that probably sounds self-explanatory, but still many people around the world are sharing a video involving an underage girl.

The video reportedly shows a young girl giving oral sex to an adult male, according to AL.com.

It isn't totally clear how far the messages have actually spread - numerous police statements seem pre-emptive, and it's possible that the spread of the video is more limited than the widespread warnings might suggest.

"If you get this video, don't panic", Houston said. He does however feel users of Facebook could work together to prevent this video from going viral.
