  • Trump says he's delaying 'Fake News Awards' until mid-January

Taking to Twitter, where he often does his little rants, Trump said that he will announce on this coming Monday his new - in all capital letters - "MOST DISHONEST & CORRUPT MEDIA AWARDS OF THE YEAR".

As you can see in the tweet above, the president is citing interest that "is far greater than anyone could have anticipated" as a possible reason for the date change. Subjects will cover Dishonesty & Bad Reporting in various categories from the Fake News Media.

"I will be announcing THE MOST DISHONEST & CORRUPT MEDIA AWARDS OF THE YEAR on Monday at 5:00 o'clock".

"Jake Tapper of Fake News CNN just got destroyed in his interview with Stephen Miller of the Trump Administration". But President Trump isn't one to be overshadowed, so he's getting in on the awards show action himself.

Amongst countless revelations, the book claims former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon described a meeting between Donald Trump Jr and a group of Russians was "treasonous".

Trump latest tweet comes amid a firestorm over an explosive new book about the Trump presidency, "Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House". Maybe-maybe-there was a chance that we would, for at least a couple minutes, stop paying attention to Donald Trump.

Noah's entry shows the host with a series of quotes including "Isn't "The Daily Show" a fake news show?" from news program Fox & Friends, which appeared on the show's Twitter feed as well as a full-page ad in The New York Times on Friday.

"For your most dishonest & corrupt media awards of the year consideration", the ad began, including various real quotes, including from Breitbart calling the show "political propaganda", and the New York Post describing it as "monotonous...liberal dogma".
