  • Apple is finally releasing a patch for that annoying iOS keyboard bug

And.that's it. Even the security content is the same as the 11.1 release, meaning Apple pushed this update out just to fix these two issues. Instead, it would autocorrect to the letter "A" and a unicode symbol.

It's essentially what was promised when Apple first announced the idea this past June: iOS users can text money to each other.

The feature is now available to developers and members of the public using the latest iOS 11.2 beta. In addition to this, Apple also fixed another bug that caused "Hey Siri" to not work at times. If you are still on iOS 10, you also get all of the new iOS 11 features with this upgrade.

This is a relatively small update, so it shouldn't take long for you to download it and rid yourself of these bugs.

An update to Apple Pay that lets users send money to one another through iMessage will not be available to United Kingdom residents. Yet.

Still dealing with that annoying autocorrect bug on your iPhone?

There are a lot of other changes that are worth noting.

iOS 11 was released to the general public in September that brought quite a handful of forward-facing additions to the table.

This is it for now, folks.

The bug turning the letter "i" into, in most cases, "A ⍰" has been fixed in the latest iOS 11.1.1 update. The issue did not affect everyone, but many people reported the problem on social media.
