At an attractive price of INR 12,490, or the equivalent of about $193, the Eluga A4 will only be commercially available in India for now. Elsewhere, the phone is backed by Android Nougat software with the company's home-grown Arbo virtual assistant.

The new smartphone which has arrived in the market from Panasonic company is Panasonic Eluga A4. Inside, buyers will get a quad-core chipset, clocked at 1.25 GHz, coupled with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. Further, go through the complete specifications of Panasonic Eluga A4 from the table. Panasonic has built this device to last longer on a single charge by including a 5000 mAh battery pack.

The Eluga A4 has a 5.2-inch screen that produces an HD resolution of 720 x 1080 pixels.

The Panasonic Eluga A4 appears to be made out of metal, with the usual rounded corners sticking to Panasonic's long-standing design philosophy, as seen on previous devices.

Coming to the optics, the Eluga A4 comes with a 13 megapixel primary camera along with an LED flash. Now, Panasonic has launched the aptly named Eluga A4, the successor to the Eluga A3, in India. Connectivity-wise you get a dual-SIM card slot, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0, Global Positioning System and a 3.5mm audio port (for earphones or headphones). The smartphone comes 32GB of built-in storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card.

All of the above is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery, which is the USP of the smartphone.

While bezel-less phones are the rave in the Smartphone market, Panasonic has kept it simple with traditional borders that accommodate a 5 megapixel front camera on the top. It is now available for buying at all Panasonic authorised dealer outlets in as many as three colours: Champagne Gold, Mocha Gold, and Marine Blue.

In September, Panasonic had two Eluga series phones.
