  • Kevin Durant Accidentally Uses Verified Twitter Account To Trash OKC Roster In Reply To Hater

Like many athletes, Durant might not be doing all his own tweeting. "His roster wasn't that good, it was just him and russ". With the tweets his account posted speaking in third-person, many speculated about Durant having a secret account dedicated to replying to fans. And in the process, he also appears to have been caught dissing his former coach and teammates on the Oklahoma City Thunder. "Kd can't win a championship with those cats", the tweet read. It appears that KD has "burner social media accounts" where he tweets support for himself anonymously when he's heckled. What Durant replied with opened a lot of eyes as to why he chose to leave the Thunder, which seemed to be more than Westbrook.

Still, despite Durant's superstar status, he genuinely cares what people say about him.

Kevin Durant isn't shy about voicing his opinions and defending himself from crazed basketball fans.

Durant later deleted the tweets, and hasn't made any remarks about him, while this blew up on Reddit and then the rest of the Internet, with people mostly calling out Durant for using fake Twitter accounts to make himself look better.

On Sunday night, a series of odd tweets came from Durant's verified account.
