Danielle Bregoli, the 14-year-old known best as the "cash me outside" girl, found herself in some serious legal trouble after she pleaded guilty to several crimes, including grand theft, possession of marijuana, and filing a false police report.

The bulk of the charges Danielle Bregoli pleaded guilty to were levied against her before the on-camera chat with Dr. Phil where she shouted, "Cash me ousside, how bow dah" to audience members who were already shocked by her behavior.

She also called the cops to falsely report her mother was on heroin.

According to TMZ, Bregoli was given a five year probation sentence at Palm Beach County Court in Delray Beach, Florida for the string of charges.

Bregoli eventually admitted her allegations were false. During the hearing, Bregoli became emotional when her father read a statement about her fame being exploited.

The charges stemmed from incidents before her viral 2016 appearance on Dr. Phil.

"I'm afraid of what she's being pushed into and who's profiting from it".

The state recommended Bregoli stay in Palm Beach County, but she is allowed to complete probation in California, where she now lives with her mom Barbara Bregoli.

This time she's in the news for avoiding jail time. "She needs to be here in Palm Beach County". Earlier this year the cash me ousside girl had battery charges levied against her in Lake Worth, Florida.
