An 18-year-old charged in the death of her sister, during a auto crash she livestreamed on Instagram, has pleaded not guilty to all charges against her.

Dressed in yellow prison garb and appearing via video in Merced County Superior Court, Sanchez pleaded not guilty to a host of charges, including felony manslaughter while intoxicated, vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence, two counts of driving under the influence resulting in injury, and driving with a 0.08% blood-alcohol level causing injury.

According to KFSN-TV, Sanchez says in a video following the crash, "I --- killed my sister".

A 14-year-old survivor of a deadly auto crash in California that was livestreamed on Instagram said she isn't mad at anyone and doesn't blame the driver. "I killed my sister, but I don't care", Obdulia said in the video. This is the last thing I wanted to happen, okay?

"We don't know that she was drunk", he said. "Alright, I don't f-ing care though- I'm-a hold it down".

Jacqueline Sanchez and Manuela Seja began their relationship about seven months ago.

Again, authorities have not confirmed the video is linked to the fatal crash, though it is linked to some of the social media accounts of a person of the same name as the suspect.

Sanchez was driving the vehicle on Friday when it veered onto the shoulder of a road about 75 miles northwest of Fresno, authorities said. The video then recorded the vehicle crashing.

"She was fearless and she was smart", Manuela said of Jacqueline.

"I f-cking killed my sister, okay?" It's all affected by social media.

Seja spoke to CBS 47 on Tuesday about the crash and her friend Jacqueline. "It's very disturbing to us because of the callous nature of her actions, both leading up to this tragedy and in the immediate aftermath". "Did she ever call 911?" a reporter asked the California Highway Patrol.

Rather, KSEE (http://bit.ly/2v2bYRB ) reports that Manuela Seja says she blames social media, which has taken over people's lives.

"I think they don't know how she's been a foster child".

The parents of the suspect and victim in a deadly crash near Los Banos, Calif., streamed live on Instagram are talking about the tragedy, saying it's ruined their lives.

Instagram issued a statement about the fatal California auto crash after the video shot both before and after the fatal accident went viral.

Obdulia Sanchez was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving and vehicular manslaughter and remained in jail with bail set at $300,000.

Family members started a GoFundMe page for Jacqueline's funeral expenses. Jacqueline was pronounced dead shortly after the crash, while the second passenger suffered major leg trauma but is expected to survive.

Authorities say Obdulia Sanchez, 18, was driving the auto Friday when it veered onto the shoulder of a road about 120.7 kilometers northwest of Fresno. She was just amusing and she would be amusing.
